Infinera Customer Portal Enhancements
To our valued Infinera customers:
We would like to inform you that enhancements to the Infinera Customer Portal are scheduled to go live by November 8, providing faster and more efficient entry of hardware repair/replacement requests. With these enhancements come improvements to our Hardware Replacement Request form that will streamline the selection of service agreement and account. In order to introduce these enhancements, availability of the Customer Portal will be temporarily impacted.
On November 7 at 8:00 a.m. EST, we will begin to introduce these system changes and until November 8 at 5:00 p.m. EST, the Customer Portal will be unavailable. During that time, please contact the Infinera Call Center for your support needs. This Infinera Call Center number works for all customers in all countries worldwide: +1-408-572-5288. If dialing from within the U.S., feel free to dial our toll-free line at +1-800-443-5555. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Call Center at any time should you need technical support, hardware services, or Instant Bandwidth license activation, or have questions about Infinera products and services. On November 8, we will send another message informing you when the Customer Portal is back online.
